The Gosfilmofond's retrospective program will acquaint the audience with popular science, animation, and feature films, the most interesting types of foreign cinema (classic Swedish silent films, popular American comics) and searches in space for prominent Russian filmmakers: Vladislav Starevich, Boris Klushantsev, Mikhail Klushantsev.
We will be glad to see the author of the program and staff member of the State Film Fund Sergey Ogudov as a speaker at the festival, and the director of marketing and strategic development of the State Film Fund Nadezhda Stepanova has already become a member of the panel of the Tsiolkovsky ISFF 2021.
The Tsiolkovsky ISFF is held with a grant from the President of the Russian Federation, provided by the Presidential Grants Fund and with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Kaluga Region, the Roscosmos State Corporation, the State Museum of the History of Cosmonautics named after K.E. Tsiolkovsky, of Russia, Bosco Manufactures LLC,and other commercial and public organizations.
