Visit the Tsiolkovsky ISFF website, go to the "Festival programs" section,
Select a movie or event that you would like to attend,
Select a date and time (if there is a choice, as most of our shows and events take place only once),
Fill out the registration form,
Receive an SMS on the phone with a unique code.
