24 Feature Films Included in the VI Tsiolkovsky International Space Film Festival Program

Short and feature-length films will be screened from April 12 to 16 at the VI Tsiolkovsky International Space Film Festival in Kaluga and the Kaluga Region. The festival’s main venue is the State Museum of the History of Cosmonautics named after K. Tsiolkovsky.

The competition program of the VI Tsiolkovsky Film Festival includes over 100 fiction, documentary, animated, and full-dome films from 25 countries. Screenings will take place at various festival venues. In addition to the Museum of the History of Cosmonautics, these include the Kaluga Innovative Culture Center, the House of Folk Art and Cinema “Tsentralny,” and the Kaluga Regional Scientific Library named after V.G. Belinsky.

The fiction film section consists of 18 short films and 6 feature-length films from Russia, France, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Iran, Italy, China, the USA, Spain, Brazil, Israel, India, and Germany.

The short films are thematically divided into four groups:

To attend, visit the “Festival Programs” section on the website space-fest.ru, select the film screening, fill out the registration form, and present the SMS confirmation received upon successful registration at the entrance.

The Tsiolkovsky International Space Film Festival is held with the support of the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives, the Government and Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Kaluga Region. Festival partners include State Corporation "Roscosmos," Yuri Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center Research Institute, the State Museum of the History of Cosmonautics, the Kaluga regional branch of the All-Russian public movement “Cultural Volunteers,” and other public and commercial organizations.
