A recipe from Anastasia Kerbengen, an actress of theater and cinema, on how to stop the constant race of thoughts is to start thinking about space!

I did not dream of becoming a cosmonaut, but all my childhood I dreamed of meeting aliens. As children, we used to either draw a convenient landing pad for them on the ground or lay it out with stones. Then. we waited for them to arrive at night. We used to lie in the grass in the summer, look at the stars and wait. Everyone was thinking about whether to fly away with them to their planet or not, and what to tell the parents of the departed ones.

Thoughts about #space help to ground you, they help to stop the so-called race of thoughts, to stop worrying about insignificant things. Even an attempt to realize the greatness of space allows us to look at earthly problems differently. And to suggest that Tsiolkovsky himself must be an alien!
