The V Tsiolkovsky International Space Film Festival was held from April 12 to April 16, 2024, in Kaluga and the Kaluga Region.
In 2024, the festival was dedicated to the 90th anniversary of Yuri Gagarin and to all Russian and Soviet cosmonauts. It was held with the support of the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives, State Corporation "Roscosmos," Yuri Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center Research Institute, Rossotrudnichestvo, the Government and Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Kaluga Region, the State Museum of the History of Cosmonautics named after K.Tsiolkovsky, the Association of Planetariums of Russia, and other public and commercial organizations.
The festival's media partners included Roscosmos Media and Nika TV Broadcasting Company.
